MANDANGAN TRAIL

Mount Apo is a declared ASEAN Heritage Site that stands as the highest mountain in the Philippines with a 10, 311 FASL. It is one of the most popular climbing destinations in the country, where locals and foreigners alike go out and conquer this majestic mountain.

Many trails lead to this mountain, including trails from the Davao and North Cotabato provinces. Kidapawan's "Mandarangan Trail" is known to be the shortest trail to Mt. Apo. It offers a moderate technical trail, and for two (2) days you will experience its massive boulders, sulfur crates, luscious rain forest, river trekking, and mystical view of Lake Agco and Lake Venado, which makes it an experience that all climbers will never forget.
